for those who remember my weak attempt on using php+php-apc+ffmpeg+bash to create a simple video uploader and management

after a long time jammed without new idea on how to expend it, i think i'm going to work on it again. now with much more feature like video tagging,category and so on. this mean database stuff will be included too. maybe i will integrate picture upload as well

let see how it's going in this 3 days self-made holiday (thursday — saturday) ...
